Chloe Wilson is a country singer-songwriter from Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina — and her journey to Nashville was anything but traditional. Raised in a musical family, she grew up watching her father perform in local and regional bands throughout the Carolinas.
At 13, her father taught her a few chords on the guitar. She kept teaching herself from there, discovering songs by ear. But it wasn’t until she began singing in church at 19 that she fully embraced her gift as a vocalist. Several years later, she began writing songs of her own — using music as an outlet to process life and her personal experiences.
Her influences came from both sides of her family: classic rock, country, and Southern storytelling from her father — and the hip-hop and R&B of the 2000s through her mother.
Before music, her focus was athletics. A Division I soccer scholarship had her future mapped out — until a significant knee injury changed her direction back to music.
“A sound that feels both fresh and familiar — rooted in country storytelling.”
In just over a year, she has built momentum throughout Music City. Her music blends authentic storytelling and emotional honesty — the kind that resonates with anyone navigating heartbreak, healing, hope, and purpose.
Fresh and familiar.
Rooted in country storytelling, drawing from rock, pop, R&B, and hip-hop.
